Lessons from Mama

Description

The block of the month is a year long club, starting in January 2008.  We make this quilt, one block a month, for all of 2008.  You have two color choices to choose from, but they are both the same pattern. 

How it works

You come into the shop and sign up for your first block, sign up starts November 17, 2007.   On that day you will need to pay for your first block $10.00.  You will also purchase the book Lessons From Mama. On January 19th, 20th, or 21st you will come in and pick up your first block.  The block of the month dates are always the third Saturday of the month and then the following Monday and Tuesday.  You will have one month to finish your block.

The third Saturday or following Monday or Tuesday in February  you will bring back your finished block and show us it's done.  We will then give you the next block for free.  As long as you finish the block and bring it back to us every month finished we will keep supplying you the next month's block at no charge.  However if you do not finish your block or you don't bring it in the set dates for the block of the month you will have to purchase a new kit for $10.00, also please bring your block back in with you, we don't know if it's done if you don't show us it is. 

Classes 

We offer classes if you wish to take them.  The classes are $20.00 for the whole year.  Dates and times  for the classes are Monday and Tuesday following the third Saturday.

 Monday 9:00am or 6:00pm, and Tuesday 1:00pm or 6:00pm
